PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a dialysing fluid to be dissolved sanitarily without contact between the preparation and outside air and to be fed at a constant speed and constant concentration, and a device for the dissolution. SOLUTION: The method for preparing a dialysing fluid to be fed with a constant electrolytic concentration using a dialysing agent for the artificial kidney comprised of an agent A containing sodium chloride, an agent B containing sodium bicarbonate, and an agent C containing calcium salt and magnesium salt as electrolytic components is provided. The method comprises: (1) a step of dissolving the agent A in the aqueous solution of the agent C, and (2) a step of mixing the mixed liquid obtained in the process (1) with the aqueous solution of the agent B. In addition, the device for implementing the method is provided.
