PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incense stick holder guide that prevents ash of incense sticks erected vertically in an incense burner or in a incense stick cylinder in front of a tombstone from falling outside the burner or the cylinder and makes the incense sticks stop burning naturally in a position in which removal of cinders is easy. SOLUTION: Characteristically a collar 2 for mounting a guide dish 1 on the top face of an incense burner is provided in the outside periphery of the top face of a dish-shaped guide dish 1 made of a circular or polygonal thin plate when viewed from above for mounting in the opening of the top face of an incense burner, and an opening 3 of a size allowing insertion of a plurality of incense sticks is provided in the center of the bottom of the guide dish 1 and a wire net 4 for passing the incense sticks through is fastened to the opening 3.
