PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a large housing capacity for a suspended cabinet which can be elevated and lowered and to speedily and lightly elevate and lower the cabinet in one-touch operation. SOLUTION: As notches in a bottom part are eliminated by moving the suspended cabinet on horizontal and vertical rails when elevating and lowering the cabinet and the right and left sides are enlarged by stretching a spring from side to side in an inner part, the housing capacity is enlarged. As changes in load are reduced by transmitting the force of the spring which supports the weight of a moving rack and housed articles by a wire wound on a spiral reel of which the diameter is sequentially changed, it is possible to perform operation lightly. A handle is provided for the moving rack itself and protruded from the front door of the cabinet, and the front door is automatically opened according to the movement of the moving rack by drawing the handle in a method capable of elevating and lowering the cabinet in one-touch operation. A fall preventing plate as a separate component integrated with a housing level is provided in the front of the moving rack, and the fall preventing plate is retreated backward by releasing a lock to facilitate the taking-in and taking- out of articles.
