PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep carp streamers horizontally and stream them even by a pole 2 to 6 m in height. SOLUTION: After a single slendar metal rod made of springy steel is fixed to a pole, by running it through a streamer from the mouth to the tail along the back, the carp streamer can be kept horizontal, permitting wind run through the body. In addition, the carp streamer rotates half together with the plate of a hinge in response to the direction of wind, streaming vigorously.
