PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably perform mounting and to facilitate the placement of housed articles even below a height restricting part. SOLUTION: The height restricting implement for a drawer 18 is constituted of both a part 21 for restricting the height of articles housed in the drawer in an area within the drawer 18 above the upper end edge (inner plate upper end edge 9a) of the circumferential frame plate of the drawer 18 and a mounting part 20 for mounting the height restricting part 21 to the side of the circumferential frame plate (inner plate 9) of the drawer 18. Therefore, the part 21 for restricting the height of articles housed in the drawer 18 is located above the upper end edge (inner plate upper end edge) 9a of the circumferential frame plate, and it is possible to house articles to be housed of substantial height even below the part 21 for restricting the height of articles housed in the drawer 18. Therefore, it is possible to perform housing without wastage in space.
