PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous concrete seaweed bed capable of facilitating the attachment of microorganisms to the concrete surface, increasing the adhesive power of spores of seaweeds, growing the spores thereof and affording a raising farm for young fishes in which various species of organisms easily live. SOLUTION: This porous concrete seaweed bed (1) comprises a porous concrete body (3) formed into a semielliptical shell state and having plural through- holes (5) communicating from the surface with the interior of the shell and plural mounting holes (3c) for mounting each artificial sea grass device (6) and composing the artificial sea grass device (6) of artificial sea grasses (8) formed of plural slender ribbonlike and foliated bodies (9) and holding bodies (11) capable of holding the lower ends of the artificial sea grasses (8) and fixing the artificial sea grasses (8) to the mounting holes (3c) in the porous concrete seaweed bed (1) composed of the artificial sea grass device (6) and the porous concrete body (3).
