PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize a multipurpose apparatus having a simpler handling, capable of carrying out various kinds of operations in a multipurpose working machine capable of carrying out reaping, movement and loading of sugarcane, etc., and various kinds of other operations. SOLUTION: Selection cylinders 17 and 172 and connection members 16 and 162 for connecting the tips of piston rods 18 and 182 of the selection cylinders 17 and 172 to couplers 14a and 14b are installed at both the longitudinal sides of a swinging arm 2 of a traveling vehicle so that the two couplers 14a and 14 are arranged at both the longitudinal sides. The two couplers 14a and 14b are axially supported on a common spindle 13 at the tip of the swinging arm 2 so that the two couplers 14a and 14b can be individually operated, respectively. Consequently, the two couplers 14a and 14b are each equipped with cutter discs C1 and C2 and a nipping device 3, respectively and independently operated.
