PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic device for a vehicle easy to mount. SOLUTION: This acoustic device for the vehicle is composed of an audio unit 1 having a radio communication unit capable of performing radio communication based on the specified radio communication procedure and plural speaker units 2A to 2D, and information relating to the arrangement in a vehicle compartment of the speaker units is previously registered in the speaker units. The speaker units 2A to 2D receive radio signals containing contents from the audio unit 1, and reproduce the contents contained in the received radio signals based on the information regarding to the arrangement. A potable car audio terminal 3 can reproduce the received radio signals, and by setting, can send radio signals containing the contents to the speaker units 2A to 2D same as the audio unit 1.
