PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily handle the vessel, to prevent dispersion of bad odor, and to handle it hygienically. SOLUTION: This medical waste disposal vessel 1 stores flexible flammable medical wastes such as paper diapers or sanitary items used by patients in hospital or cared persons. A storing bag 2 made of vinyl or the like is attached to the body part 4 of a vessel body 3 with the insert hole opened, an inner lid 6 seals the insert hole of the storing bag 2, and the outer lid 7 is closed when the body part 4 becomes full with the wastes. A handle 23 is formed integrally and foldably at a free end side of the inner lid 6, and the handle 23 is pulled up by a hand for inserting the waste to open the inner lid 6. The handle 23 can be used to open the inner lid 6, so that the hand is not required to touch the medical waste stored in the body part 4 to hygienically perform the insert operation of the medical waste. The storing bag 2 is covered and hung on a main grabbing part 8, and locked with a holding groove 29 and a second locking hole 24, thereby always attaching the storing bag 2 in the opening state.
