This invention relates to a rubber toughened composition comprisinga) 5 to 50 weight percent of a composition comprising:an ethylene polymer having a composition distribution breadth index of 50% or more and containing 0.1 to about 10 weight percent of an unsaturated acid or anhydride, and an elastomer; andb) 95 to 50 weight percent of a thermoplastic polymer containing a functional group capable of interacting with the unsaturated acid or anhydride.
