PURPOSE: An operating apparatus for a minimum radius of gyration of a vehicle is provided to drive the vehicle at a minimum radius of gyration when a user turns the vehicle to a parking lot or a narrow street. CONSTITUTION: A rear axle(1) and rear axle(2) are divided into rear axles(1A,1B) and rear axles(2A)(2B), respectively. Spline grooves(101) are formed on the rear axles(1A,2A). Spline shafts(3,3') fixing clutch plates(4,4') are movably connected to the spline grooves(101). An operating rod(8) fixed on a rod(7) of cylinders(6,6') is connected to rings(401) of the clutch plates(4, 4'). Clutches(A)(B) are formed to connect/disconnect the clutch plates(4, 4') to/from clutch plates(5)(5') fixed on the rear axles(1B,2B) by the operation of cylinders(9)(9'). Brakes(C,D) fixing brake plates(11,11') on rods(10,10') of the cylinders(9,9') are equipped at the rear axles(1B)(2B).
