An electronic commerce system for electronic commerce by on-line communication on a network by which leakage of important personal information such as domicile, name, gender, date of birth, and e-mail address from the seller to the third party and leakage of personal privacy information representing that who has purchased what while an order of electronic commerce is made and the order is accepted, comprising first partial information transmitting means for transmitting only partial data, out of the order data transmitted from a terminal (1) by a commodity purchaser, necessary for the commerce of the parties concerned except the commodity purchaser and first party-concerned receiving means for receiving the partial data transmitted from the first partial information transmitting means by a party-concerned terminal so that the parties concerned do respective processings about the commerce. |
