A mat includes a recycled mat 2 having a fabric layer 8 and a rubber backing layer 10, the fabric layer 8 being encapsulated between a lower rubber layer 4 and an upper rubber layer 6, wherein the mat comprises a layer of foamed rubber material. A method of manufacture and a method of recycling a mat are also disclosed. |
