摘要

The preparation of a ferrite type zeolite and its use as an isomerisation catalyst is claimed. It consists of an anhydrous composition of a compound of formula Mx(AlO2)x(SiO)y where M is Na or K. The compound is obtained by forming a gel by adding boric acid to an aqueous solution of aluminium sulphate and mixing with an aqueous solution of Na and/or K and silicon oxide, without a structuring agent.
