摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an LED which is free from color irregularity and is highly accurate and highly sensitive by combining and using a light emitting diode whose a main light emitting wavelength is selected from a first light emission wavelength region and a light emitting diode whose main light emission wavelength is selected from a second light emission wavelength region at the side of long wavelength. SOLUTION: As a blue light semiconductor light emitting element, for example, light emitting diodes of main light emitting wavelength of 464 to 485nm are used and they are classified into three groups on the basis of main light emitting wavelength; the ones of a main light emitting wavelength of 464nm or more and less than 475nm is group A, the ones of a main light emitting wavelength of 475nm or more and less than 480nm is group B and the ones of a light emitting wavelength of 480nm or more and less than 485nm is group C. Among the A, B, C light emitting diode groups, two light emitting diodes selected from group B are arranged in proximity to each other, and in group A and group C, one light emitting diode is used from each of groups A and C and arranged in proximity to form one picture element of a LED display. An LED chip and a light emitting element wherein various semiconductors are used are used as light emitting diodes 101 to 106. Thereby, it is possible to obtain an LED display of high yield while correcting color irregularity caused by light emitting wavelength gap of the light emitting diodes 101 to 106, and a display wherein it is used.
