PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the utilization of burned ash, to stabilize the dimension of a product and to reduce a manufacturing cost by packing granulated burned ash of a waste into a heat-resistant container and burning so as to mutually the granules between themselves and to integrate the granules. SOLUTION: Burned ash of a waste such as a sewage sludge or a polymer- based sewage sludge is mixed with <=25% of water and <=10% of an organic binder and granulated to give granules having 0.5-15mm average particle diameter. The granules are packed into a heat-resistant container consisting of a bottom plate 1 and side plates 2 and partition plates 3. Top covers 4 equipped with a projected face part 41 on the under surface are placed on the container. The granules are burned at 1,000 to 1,275 deg.C while lightly pressuring the granules by the empty weight of the top covers 4 to mutually fuse the granules between themselves and to integrate the granules. |
