PURPOSE:To enable formation of a high-quality image, by a method wherein the method is constituted so that the first and second ink group having surface tension and contact angles on the surface of PTFE, which are different from each other are provided and the pixels to be formed respectively by those are arranged without being piled upon each other. CONSTITUTION:A recording head 10 and ink holding vessel 20 in an ink-jet recording device are held on a conveying member 30 reciprocating along a guide shaft. The ink holding vessel 20 possesses an ink holding part 22B1 holding the first ink (black-B1) and holding parts 22Y, 22M, 22C, 22B2 holding the second ink group (yellow-Y, magenta-M, cyan-C, black-B2). In this case, a utter having surface tension of at least 0.04N/m and a contact angle on the surface of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) of at least 90 deg. is used as the first ink and a matter having the surface tension of less than 0.04N/m and the contact angle on the surface of the PTFE of less than 70 deg. is used as the second ink group. |
