SOLUTION: This device is composed of a cap supplying means to supply a cylinder like cap, a cap arranging means to arrange the opening end of the supplied cap into a definite direction, a cap selecting means to supply the cap from the cap arranging means to a cap transferring means by arranging the direction of the cap, the cap transferring means to receive the cap from the cap selecting means and to transfer it to a cap attaching position, and a cap attaching means to receive the arranged cap from the cap transferring means in a holder by facing the opening end to the outside and to attach the received cap to the tube end. |
