The invention concerns a device for interrupting ink flow of a pen by locking or deflecting the ink flow into the capillary slot (12) of the nib (9) using an orifice (5) with adapted geometric shape and for closing the ink reservoir (10). The normal functioning is ensured by an continuous bar (4) for restoring ink flow in the capillary slot of the nib (9) feeding the writing tip (6).
