PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the running costs of a system stabilization device by reducing the stop time of a wind power generator as much as possible. SOLUTION: The control method of a system stabilization device is provided with a power converter 15 that is connected to a power system where a wind power generator 11 accompanying power fluctuation is connected to a system power supply 12 via a transformer 14 for connection, and a secondary cell 16 that is connected to the DC side for inhibiting the voltage and frequency fluctuation of a power system by the output fluctuation of the wind power generator 11. When the secondary battery 16 is to be recovered and charged in a specific period, the electric energy of the wind power generator 11 becomes constant or less. Also, when the specific period has passed, the recovery charging of the secondary battery 16 is executed by rotating the wind power generator 11. |
