LIMITED RECEPTION SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for limited reception which repeats contents transmitted from a broadcasting center with simple constitution without descrambling at a repeating station and allows the repeating station to uniquely perform the viewing control of a terminal device. SOLUTION: Since unique information required for viewing is added to a part of a broadcasting signal, that is transmission control information, e.g. in the case of repeating the broadcasting signal from the broadcasting center at a CATV station, the CATV station is capable of performing unique viewing control in spite of performing modulation/conversion/retransmission of contents transmitted from the broadcasting center with simple constitution without descrambling.
