PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate which can easily detect which type of solder is used. SOLUTION: (1) In the substrate, identification display showing the type of solder for fitting mounting parts is given. (2) In the substrate, identification display showing that solder for fitting the mounting parts is lead-free solder is given. (3) In the substrate, identification display showing the type of solder for fitting the mounting pats is formed by etching. (4) In the substrate, identification display showing the type of solder for fitting the mounting parts is formed by silk printing.
