PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce mark painting-out work, when a user sets conditions on a mark sheet. SOLUTION: On a format paper in a mark sheet system to be used for condition setting, one of plural mark areas provided in each of mark entry columns 102 to 105 for indicating specific condition setting items is formed as initialization areas 102A to 105A which are entered in a marking form different from that of the other mark area. The painted-out state of each mark area is represented by the number of pixel (the number of pixels counted) having densities higher than a prescribed threshold and the numbers of counted pixels are relatively compared to discriminate a set condition in each of mark entry columns 102 to 105. |
