<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer device with conductors which enables to measure electric current flowing vertically or flowing in parallel by the positions of a hole sensor. SOLUTION: A multilayer device 8 has at least two conductive paths 2 and 2a, the conductive paths are separated from each other by an insulating part 10, the conductive paths 2 and 2a have a measuring part 11 and 11a, respectively, the conductive paths 2 and 2a are provided with a notch 6 at the measuring part, the cut portion determines the direction to go of the current path at the conductive paths 2 and 2a, and a magnetic difference sensor, 1 and 1a which detects the current within the adjacent conductive paths correspond to each measuring part 11 or 11a. The difference sensors are integrated in the multilayer panel or the multilayer printed wiring board 8, and the magnetic difference sensors are provided with at least two hole elements 3 of a plate shape which are connected as the form of a difference circuit.</p> |
