PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make clerical processing simple and efficient in the case of preparing a different slip on the basis of a prescribed type of slip in a slip preparation management system which manages the slip data on the basis of the prescribed type of slip and prepares the different slip. SOLUTION: This system prepares a list DB 18 storing extraction data extracted from an applicant DB 15 in which the prescribed data of an application slip 16 of each object individual is stored on the basis of a primary list, extracts data about an object individual being a student certificate 41 preparation object from the list DB 18, prepares a certificate DB 20, and a certificate preparing means 21 prepares the student certificate 41 by embedding the data of the certificate DB 20 in a prescribed format.
