<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device which prevents wear of an image carrier and can maintain excellent cleaning performance for a long time without chattering a cleaning blade and to provide an image forming device using the same. SOLUTION: The cleaning device 13 and the image forming device 1 of this invention have constitution that developer remained on the image carrier 2 is removed by the cleaning blade 15 being in contact with the image carrier 2 carrying the developer image, and are distinguished in this constitution that when friction coefficient between the image carrier 2 and the cleaning blade 15 isμ, decreasing rate ofμto common logarithm of travel velocity V of the image carrier is <=0.03.</p> |
