PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential amplifier which is stably and surely operated by eliminating parasitic capacitance on the output line of an operational amplifier even when operating the operational amplifier at high speed. SOLUTION: This amplifier is provided with an operational amplifier 1 for differentially amplifying input signals INP and INP, a first clocked inverter 11 for inverting the output of the operational amplifier 1, a second clocked inverter 12 parallel freely connected to and a disconnected from the output line of the operational amplifier 1 and a third inverter 5 for inverting the output of the first clocked inverter 11. Thus, a switch for turning on/off driving of the clocked inverters 11 and 12 can be excluded from an output line 2 of the operational amplifier 1 and even when the operational amplifier 1 requires high-speed operation, the clocked inverter 11 can be stably and surely operated.
