PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spurious electromagnetic radiation shield structure of an enclosure capable of effectively maintaining spurious electromagnetic wave radiation shield function even in a long use wherein the component number reduction and simplification of the assembling are devised and the cost down is attained. SOLUTION: A butting part 10a of a first metal plate 10 and an angle plate part 20a of a second metal plate 10 as conductive enclosure constituent elements are laid one above the other and assembled. Cuts 12 are formed into the butting part 10a between adjacent screw holes 10b, 10b to cut and erect a plurality of tongue-like electromagnetic wave suppressing butting parts 11, thus making them elastic. Mounting screws 30, 30 passing through the screw holes 20b, 20b of the angle plate 20a are fastened to the screw holes 10b, 10b to form a spurious electromagnetic radiation shield structure of an enclosure, whereby spurious electromagnetic waves never pass through the gap between the adjacent electromagnetic wave suppressing butting parts 11, 11.
