NON-CONTACT TICKET PROCESSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently prevent double charging when a non-contact ticket is put on an antenna again due to fault communication. SOLUTION: This non-contact ticket processor is constituted of a data transfer means to transfer data between a main body of the non-contact ticket processor and a non-contact ticket when the non-contact ticket is put in a communication range of the antenna provided in the main body of the non-contact ticket processor and a deciding means to decide the use of the non-contact ticket regarding transfer of new data as valid without performing an amount reduction processing when the contents of read data of the non-contact ticket obtained by the transfer of the new data, a card ID and write identification information in a card memory match with the contents stored in the main body when the main body of the non-contact ticket processor receives no write completion signal that the write of prescribed data transmitted from the main body is completed from the non-contact ticket.
