PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To curtail deterioration of mechanical intensity and a thickness change due to pressurization when gas permeability is improved in a conductive sheet structured by a fiber conductive material. SOLUTION: A porous structure sheet is mainly structured with a fiber conductive material, and the fiber conductive material is combined with different lengths of fibers.
