PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always surely and rapidly provide contents corresponding to a request. SOLUTION: The upper limit value of the number of contents which can be simultaneously provided is set. When it is detected that the number of contents to be simultaneously provided at providing schedule time reaches the upper limit value, the fact that reservation is impossible at the providing schedule time is reported to a user PC 2 via the Internet 5. Then the providing schedule is prevented from being set by the number of contents, which exceeds the upper limit value, so that the contents are always surely and rapidly provided to the plurality of client PCs 4.
