摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power loss due to leaked current from a control circuit and a circuit part while no output is being generated from a generator in the charging device of a battery. SOLUTION: This battery-charging device is composed of a group of Schottky barrier diodes where an all-wave rectification circuit with the output of the generator as input is connected to a plus side, and a group of MOSFETs that are connected to a minus side. The device is also provided with the control circuit of the group of MOSFETs. Also the control circuit is provided with a control power supply that receives from the DC voltage or a switch from battery, an AC input detection control unit for turning on/off the switch according to the presence or absence of the output of the generator, and the gate control unit and the battery voltage detection of the group of MOSFETs. Then, the gate control unit and the battery voltage detection can be operated in synchronization with the ON state or OFF state of the switch.
