PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing server capable of promoting information sharing while considering conditions peculiar for a non-close personnel relation even though there has been such a problem that information sharing in the non-close personnel relation is not promoted in a conventional knowledge management system. SOLUTION: In this information providing server, knowledge information received from an entrusted worker side device 30 is stored in an information providing server 10 and by being authenticated from a trust organization side device 20, the information providing server 10 opens to the public and provides the relevant knowledge information.
