PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display characters without deleting the display of an image by the characters when the image information and the character information are displayed on an information processor that uses a relatively small size display device. SOLUTION: The processor consists of an operating section 1 which has dial keys, a display section 5 which displays image and characters, a data communication section 2 which transmits and receives data to and from the Internet and an information center, an image decoding section which decodes received images, a character scroll section which automatically scroll-displays characters so that the characters do not delete the display of the image, a timer section which determines the gap between the character scrolls and a CPU 3 which controls the sections above.
