PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card-shaped portable equipment equipped with a display part on which a plastic liquid crystal panel is arranged so that any picture can be prevented from being damaged even in the case of being portable equipment such as an IC card which is liable to bend. SOLUTION: A plastic liquid crystal panel 3 as a display part to be driven by an IC 2 is integrated into a main body 1 of an IC card into which the IC 2 is buried, and grooves 1a and 1b as stress bending deforming parts are formed on the back face of the main body 1 away from an area including the plastic liquid crystal panel 3, and when any outer force is received, the stress is concentrated at the parts of the grooves 1a and 1b, an only those parts are deformed. Thus, it is possible to maintain the shape retention performance of the plastic liquid crystal panel 3. |
