PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a state where a client can accurately evaluate commodities, etc. SOLUTION: This communication line shopping system includes a server device which sells commodities and provides the service via a communication line and a client device which purchases the commodities or service sold or provided from the server device via the communication line. In this system, an acquisition means is added to acquire evaluation to the purchased commodities or service of the client together with a providing means which provides the acquired evaluation value or the data based on the evaluation value to another client. Then the latter client provides the evaluation value via the providing means before the commodities or service sold or provided from the server device via the communication line are purchased.
