PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an employee managing system with which the safety and work efficiency of the labor of employees can be improved. SOLUTION: An individual discrimination means discriminates the relevant person on the basis of the physical feature of an employee which is detected by a physical body detection means. A state discrimination means discriminates the state of health or psychology on the basis of living body information on the employee which is detected by a living body detection means. An employee managing means judges and manages the propriety of the labor content of the employee on the basis of respective discrimination results. Thus, the effect that the safety and the work efficiency of the labor of the employee are improved is obtained.
