<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module in which troublesome wiring works can be even automated, and which can enhance productivity and decrease manufacturing costs. SOLUTION: In a solar cell module, a transparent electrode 2, a semiconductor layer 3 as a photovoltaic layer, and a back face electrode 4 are formed on a glass substrate 1, and the back face electrode 4 is coated for protection with a resin coat 5, and the back face electrode 4 is connected to a wiring tab via an opening part 6 provided in the resin coat 5. An electrolytic copper foil 7 is disposed at least at a portion positioned under the opening part 6 of the resin coat 5.</p> |
