<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a member from distortion when a shear pin is sheared to move the member. SOLUTION: The strain insulator set of suspension type consists of a mounting fittings to fit up to an arm of a pylon, a hanging member hung from the mounting fittings, an intermediate member that is pivotally supported at a lower part of the hanging member and positioned with its upper part facing an upper part of the hanging member, a vertical member that is pivotally supported at the upper part of the intermediate member, equipped with fitting portions of the strain insulators at both sides of its lower part and the shear pin provided with respect to the intermediate member in the middle. The said intermediate member is equipped with a reinforcing member.</p> |
