PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless data communication system, where a master station sequentially selects antennas each having directivity and wirelessly communicates a data signal with slave stations in existence under a transmission range of each antenna, that allows, e.g. the master station to efficiently inform all the slave stations about the same data. SOLUTION: In the wireless LAN system provided with the master station 1 connected to, e.g. a backbone network 3 and with slave stations 2a-2c connected to data processing units P1-P3, after a data notice means in the master station 1 transmits a common permission signal denoting transmission of a common data signal to the slave stations 2a-2c for each transmission range of each antenna (sector antenna), the master station 1 transmits the common data signal. Thus, the master station 1 can efficiently send the same data to e.g. all the slave stations 2a-2c, transmit data only to a transmission range of a specific antenna and transmit different data for the transmission range of each antenna.
