PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency for generating a high voltage. SOLUTION: A reading device 2000 is provided with a power supply coil 2020 that is driven by a power control circuit 2010, and a non-contact responding device 1000 is provided with a power receiving circuit 1100 that is electromagnetically coupled to the power supply coil 2020. The power receiving circuit 1100 is provided with a power receiving coil 1010 that is electromagnetically coupled to the power supply coil 2020, and a rectification circuit 1120 is connected to a power receiving coil 1110. The rectification circuit 1120 performs the half- wave or all-wave rectification of the induction AC power of the power receiving coil 1110, and the rectification output of the rectification circuit 1120 is connected in parallel with a data-processing part 1200 and a high-voltage circuit part 1300 for receiving data. |
