PURPOSE: A production process of manganese sulfate and iron sulfate using iron scrap and manganese dioxide is provided, which uses iron as a reductant to melt manganese dioxide. CONSTITUTION: The production process is comprised of; putting sulfuric acid into water, heating to 80deg.C, putting iron and manganese dioxide into water and reacting it for about 4hours; neutralizing reactant with neutralizing agent and filtering; obtaining manganese sulfate by concentrating filtrate by evaporation, dissolving left sludge into sulfuric acid, and deoxidizing iron by putting iron into sulfuric acid; obtaining filtrate by filtering reducing liquid and crystallizing filtrate. |
