<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of easily managing the identification information of the other person. SOLUTION: This system has a storage server 11 for storing the name card information of a user, a WWW server 7 for registering the identification information of the first user through a network into the storage server 11 and having a mail server function for transmitting the identification information of the first user stored in the storage server 11 through the network to a second user determined by the first user, and authentication server 9 for controlling the identification information of the first user stored in the storage server 11 into state recognizable for the second user through the network. Thus, since the user can receive the transmission of identification information such as company name, company address and telephone number of the other person and can recognize the relevant identification information, the identification information of the other person can be managed without separately inputting the identification information of the relevant other person.</p> |
