<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve connection processing among a diagnosis and treatment department, a medical examination department and an accounting department in relation to an instruction of a medical examination, etc., from the diagnosis and treatment department and to make it possible to start accounting processing in the accounting department at an early stage. SOLUTION: In this medical accounting system of medical facilities consisting of an accounting terminal device provided in the accounting department and terminal devices provided in the other departments, respective terminal devices transmit request information of examination, etc., generated at a time when medical examination is performed and performance information showing the effect of the examination to the accounting terminal device after completing the performance of the examination, etc., and the accounting device acquires information on the progress states of the examination, etc., by checking the received request information (#1) and performance information (#2) and starts accounting processing related to the examination, etc., on the basis of the information (#4).</p> |
