PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a communication traffic from a slave station to a master station from being limited in a general TDM/TDMA communication system, and to eliminate a transmission delay in the communication between slave stations. SOLUTION: In the satellite communication control system of this invention that has a satellite communication channel between the master station and the slave stations and among the slave stations and where the TDM communication system is adopted for the communication from the master station to the slave stations and the TDMA communication system is adopted for the communication from the slave stations to the master station, the master station is provided with a channel monitor controller 1a, which monitors the amount of transmission signals from the slave stations and assigns a leased channel 4 employing other continuous wave than that of a TDMA channel to a prescribed slave station or a slave station carrying much transmission data quantity when the transmission signals from the prescribed slave station exceed a prescribed amount or the signals through a transmission channel from a slave station to the master station are in congestion. |
