PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly set the output operating states of line drivers, and to correctly and stably transmit the logical states of signals to be outputted to the circuit of the other party regardless of the fluctuation of manufacture or the fluctuation of environmental condition of an operation such as an element temperature. SOLUTION: A line driver/bias voltage supplying circuit 20 supplies a bias voltage Vb to be used for the constant current output control of line drivers 3 which output signals for transmitting logical states to another circuit. Then, signals Vfb1-3 to be outputted by the line drivers are feedbacked so that the magnitude of the bias voltage Vb can be decided.
