PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OLAP data base system which can shorten the time required for satisfactorily expanding the object information data on an OLAP data base to use the information data as soon as possible. SOLUTION: This OLAP data base system 100 includes an element data aggregate device 10, an OLAP data base 20 and a preprocessing part 11 which performs the pre-totalization processing on at leas part of totalization/insertion satisfaction processing of the data of the data base 20 before this data base need the data and transfers the pre-totalized data to the data base 20 as requested. When the data base 20 needs the data, the device 10 can instantaneously transfer the totalized data to the data base 20 since the data are previously totalized. Meanwhile, the data base 20 can completely process the data in a short time and can quickly use the data because the received data are previously totalized.
