PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when an input/output instruction occurs to display data from a microprocessor unit during read/write processing of the display data, the instruction has been disabled, therefore, this has had to be coped with by lengthening access intervals on the microprocessor side, and this has not permitted to shorten the access speed. SOLUTION: Wiring is arranged around display data RAM and a flag is set to the propagation time during the time of, and the flag read/write permits to smoothly input/output the display data across an external control device.
