PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always receive the latest electronic information selectively according to a previously set rule, where conventionally there existed the problem where the state of necessary electronic information cannot be grasped within a time limit, without connecting to an electronic information service provider. SOLUTION: A data table for transmission of transmit information is generated with user's setting data, and the data for identification to be transmitted in the electronic information is discriminated based on the data table for transmission to transmit the data for identification to a specified reception-end device.
