PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily process the printing of a sheet of starting paper, a handwritten comment, etc., in a business computer having a ledger printing function. SOLUTION: In the business computer 1 provided with a storage device 7 for storing data concerned with customers, commodities, unit prices, slips, etc., a printer 9 for printing out a ledger and an image scanner 10 for reading out characters or images from the ledger, a CPU 2 extracts slip data corresponding to a condition specified by an instruction input from an input part 4 from the storage device 7, and when there is no slip data concerned, allows the printer 9 to print out a sheet of starting paper on which only a header such as a customer name is printed. In the case of additionally printing data in the ledger, the CPU 2 allows the scanner 10 to read out the ledger, judges the existence of handwritten characters written under details, and when handwritten characters exist, allows the printer 9 to print out additional data under the handwritten characters. |
